Step 1 – Gently stretch open the ring where there is a gap, you only need to pull very lightly to make the ring bigger.
Step 2- place the ring on the finger you want to wear the ring, ensure there are no other rings or any other jewellery caught or tangled in the ring.
Step 3- gently squeeze the ring so that it tightens around your finger, if there is a gap between the ends of the ring that is fine, as long as it is no more than 2 cm.
Step 4 – if the ring ends overlap slightly then you might need to place the ring on a wider or larger finger. If the ends of the ring are touching but not overlapping then you are fine to wear it as it is.
Step 5 - To remove the ring you can lift it off your finger by gently pulling it off like you would a normal ring or you can gently stretch the ends of the ring so that the ring opens wider and you can remove it at that point.
