When you make a purchase for delivery
When you make a purchase online we will collect necessary information about you to ensure we can fulfil your order. This data is processed on the basis of “Legitimate Interest” as we need this data to fulfil your order. Details of your order may be passed to a third party company to assist us with the prevention and detection of fraudulent orders which may result in us requesting additional information from you. Where orders are fulfilled by a third party courier we will need to share your contact information with them for the purpose of delivering your order. Where our couriers support giving you additional tracking information via email or sms text message we will give them this information for this purpose.
Where you have added items to your basket and started entering your information we may send you an email to let you know that the checkout has not been completed. As we are always looking for ways to improve, we may send you a link to review us via our review partners which include Feefo and Trustpilot.
