What are magnetic therapy rings?

Magnetic therapy rings are a type of alternative therapy that involve wearing a ring with magnets on it. The idea is that the magnets will improve circulation and reduce pain in the fingers, hands, and wrists. There are many different types of magnetic therapy rings available on the market, although there is little scientific evidence to support their effectiveness many of our customers swear by their effectiveness.

Magnetic therapy rings have become increasingly popular in recent years, with claims that they can relieve pain and improve circulation. The rings are typically made of metal and contain magnets that are believed to interact with the body's natural magnetic field. As with any alternative therapy, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional before using magnetic therapy rings.

Magnetic healing history

The use of magnets for healing purposes has been around for centuries. Ancient Greeks, Egyptians, and Chinese all believed in the healing powers of magnets and used them for a variety of ailments. The first recorded use of magnets for medical purposes occurred in 16th century Switzerland. Magnetic rings, in particular, have a long history of use in traditional Chinese medicine as a way to improve circulation and reduce pain.

The use of magnetic therapy in jewelry dates back to ancient times, with some believing that Cleopatra herself wore magnetic jewelry to improve her health. However, it wasn't until the late 20th century that magnetic therapy rings became popular in the Western world. The rings are now marketed for a variety of purposes, including pain relief and improved athletic performance. While some studies have shown potential benefits, more research is needed to fully understand the effectiveness of magnetic therapy rings.

The history of rings

The history of rings and jewellery dates back thousands of years, with evidence of early forms of jewellery being found in ancient civilizations such as Egypt and Mesopotamia. Throughout history, rings have been used for a variety of purposes such as symbols of status, to mark important life events, and as decorative pieces. From intricately designed gold bands to simple silver rings, the evolution of jewellery has been a fascinating one. In modern times, rings are still popular accessories and are often given as gifts for special occasions such as engagements and weddings.

Rings have been used as a symbol of commitment and love for centuries. The history of rings can be traced back to ancient Egypt, where they were initially made of materials such as bone and reeds. Later, the Egyptians began to use metals to craft their rings, which would often feature intricate designs and hieroglyphs. Similarly, jewelry has been used for adornment and cultural significance for a long time.

Do magnetic rings really work?

Yes, but this depends on the individual, after wearing our magnetic rings our customers all notice a significant improvement in their ailments. Because there are limited studies on magnetic therapy we cannot guarantee that magnetic therapy rings will work but our customer reviews prove that they do have a positive effect.

What are the benefits of therapeutic magnetic ring?

Magnets can help with blood circulation; some research proves that a mild magnetic field can cause blood vessels to dilate and which helps to improve blood flow which can help with inflammation. The stimulation of blood circulation can also help promote the body’s natural pain relief which can help with an increase in aches, pain, inflammation and helping with anxiety and better sleep.

What happens when you wear a magnetic ring?

Magnetism works with the body; magnetic fields stimulates the body particularly in the field where the pain occurs. This is thought to trigger the release of the body's own painkillers, thereby providing natural relief for the person instead of having to take medications over long periods that may have bad side-effects. Magnets have a significant effect on the blood mechanisms within the tissues. While it may be too simplistic to say that blood flow is improved under the influence of magnets, there may be an improvement in certain aspects of the blood’s quality and function.

What is therapeutic magnetic ring?

A Magnetic ring is a ring usually made from copper, stainless steel or titanium and it has magnets attached within the ring. The magnetic ring is worn to help with a number of ailments such as aches, pains, arthritis, anxiety and sleep problems. Magnets have a healing affect on our bodies and although there is not enough research to make a guaranteed claim magnetic jewellery helps our customers and have helped many people over the centuries with ailments. Magnetism works with the body; magnetic fields stimulates the body particularly in the field where the pain occurs. This is thought to trigger the release of the body's own painkillers, thereby providing natural relief.

What are the side effects of magnetic therapy?

There are no side effects of magnetic therapy, the magnets used in magnetic jewellery are safe to be worn by most people. Sometimes people can have slight irritation towards the metal used or in some isolated cases to the magnets – we do then suggest not to wear them. We do suggest that those who have heart conditions, are diabetic (wear an insulin pump) or for those who are pregnant not to wear magnetic jewellery.

Do magnets relieve stress?

Yes, in some cases magnetic jewellery can help with stress, depression and anxiety. Although we can’t guarantee it and it is dependent on the individual. We have had feedback from customers who have had anxiety that have informed us that magnetic healing has helped with stress and anxiety symptoms. Again, this does depend on the individual, we do recommend that that you also see a medical professional as well.
