Here at DEMI+CO we regularly get questions and we try our best to answer them honestly and transparently. Our most common questions are about adjusting link bracelets, most of our link bracelets are sent with a link removal tool and a leaflet guide that demonstrates the steps required to adjust the link bracelets. We also have an adjusting service where customers can either request for the bracelet to be fitted to a bespoke size or posting them to us to alter them after they have purchased them.
When it comes to our magnetic jewellery, we do ensure that we use strong magnetic gauss power, we use a combination of neodymium magnets, germanium magnets and far infrared. All of these magnets have a variety of health benefits. Our neodymium magnets are the most common magnets that are used with our jewellery each magnet has the same gauss power of 2,400 and depending on the bracelet or bangle each piece will have between 2, 4, 6 or about 22 magnets (for link bracelets it is always more).
